The Board meeting is when Board members and Executive Officers hash out issues, projects, and plans for the club. But, anyone/everyone is welcome to the Board meeting!

Are we still having this? Since the retreat is on the 11th, this doesn't seem necessary and I really don't want to spend my entire weekend indoors at CHAOS meetings.
